THE WEDDING HOTLINE
Have questions about planning your wedding? Need some advice or moral support? Ding! Ding! The Wedding Planning Hotline is here for you. Use our easy online booking system to book a telephone consultation and ask us as many wedding planning questions as you can fit into your call! The price is $30 for a (minimum) call lasting 30 minutes, and $1 per minute after that.
HOURLY SUPPORT FOR PLANNING, COORDINATION, SETUP AND TEARDOWN
When just a few hours of help will do, but you need someone in-person, book the hourly rate. Do you really want to setup on the day or clean up after you’ve had a great time? Do you only need someone to coordinate a few key hours on your day? Leave it to us! Our rate is $75 per hour, with a two-hour minimum.
Perfect for the couple who wants hands-on help bringing all of the details together and executing a stress-free event. Our coordination package starts up to one year in advance of the wedding. It ensures that couples have support on an ongoing basis and that the details are finalized 2-4 weeks before. Our package provides unlimited email, plus 5 hours of telephone support to be used anytime in the lead-up, in any area that you need. On event day, you’ll receive 10 hours of service in which we’ll make sure you have fun and relax while we take care of the rest. We charge a flat fee of $1,500.
